We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return:
1) Contact us at Returns@cheekywash.com. Please explain the reason for the return. If you're having problems installing the bidet, we would love to help you out. Attach an image or video of the problem you're having and we can likely help you fix it!
2) Any suggestions you have for easier installation or how to make it a better overall bidet. This helps us understand how to improve installation for customers.
3) Include your tracking number in an email to Returns@cheekywash.com so we can ensure your refund is processed expediently.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 business days of our receipt of your merchandise at our return facility. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website.
We understand that due to the nature of the product, returns will necessitate the bidet package having been opened. Cheeky bidet accepts all opened returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.One-Year Limited Warranty
Cheeky Bidet warrants each bidet to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. Cheeky Bidet may require proof of purchase to determine whether a claim falls within the warranty period
b) To report any product issues and to open a claim under the warranty, contact us at Support@hellotushy.com. Cheeky Bidet will reach out to you to attempt to help resolve the issue.
c) If a defect covered by this warranty arises, Cheeky Bidet's obligations under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, provided that such products were used in accordance with the instructions. Replacement may be of the same or similar product at our discretion and based on availability. Cheeky Bidet reserves the right to inspect the product to confirm that the issue is covered by this warranty.
d) Cheeky Bidet is not responsible for the cost of return shipping of the product.
e) This warranty does NOT apply to:
i) Damage or loss that occurs during shipment;
ii) Damage, loss, or injury resulting from negligent or improper use or failure to follow instructions;
iii) Damage, loss, or injury resulting from modification of the product;
iv) Damage, loss, or injury resulting from normal “wear and tear” of the product;
v) Damage, loss, or injury occurring after the product has been resold or transferred by the original purchaser;
vi) Damage, loss, or injury to person or property, including, but not limited to, claimed damages that are incidental or consequential in nature.
f) THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY CHEEKY BIDET. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO THE PURCHASER. CHEEKY BIDET SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE PURCHASER OR A THIRD PARTY, OR FOR ANY OTHER EXPENSE NOT SPECIFICALLY STATED ABOVE. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
g) This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
We would recommend that you check with the plumbing regulations in your area before installing the bidet. If it does not meet the plumbing regulations, it is likely that our bidet cannot be installed and will have to be returned.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
